Unsworth is one of our most prestigious Client who are doing shipping services globally over 1000 origins and destinations for the past four decades. Unsworth global freight solutions encompass road, sea and air, under the care of the Unsworth team. Their customer service teams and technology gives you complete visibility and control of your supply chain.
Unsworth came to us to enhance their web app and to develop their Tablet application exclusively for the warehouse team. They have experienced a very slow load times on their existing website and the tablet application synchronization process was even slower with average sync speeds of around 90 seconds, we have suggested them to develop a brand new website application with all existing functionality as well as additional new enhancements listed by them.
The main aim of the project is to automate the quotation process to the customer who wants to ship their vehicle to other countries and reduce most of the manual work by the back-office team. Customers have to get their quotation within a few clicks and can make hassle-free bookings. Once the booking is confirmed, our Tablet application will track each level of inspection after the unit has been received to the warehouse team.
ADMIN BACKEND :
This module is a backbone of the project where we can have all the list of quotations, bookings, settings, tracking information and user accounts.
USER & AGENT DASHBOARD :
This is the visible screen to the customer/agents. Both agents and users have their own screen to check their relevant Data.
TABLET/MOBILE APPLICATION :
It tracks the caravan and motorhomes journey in the warehouse. It provides visibility to customers regarding their vehicle at any stage. It has both online & offline synchronization. We have made the offline synchronization under 10 seconds. This Application makes the whole Unsworth teamwork with an automatic process. It has four stages and the team can easily move to the next section once they have completed each stage.
- We have provided a simple and user-friendly design layout for all the screens especially quotation page so that anyone can get a quote within a few clicks.
- We have automated their manual quoting process and reduced their man effort.
- We have considerably reduced their administrational side work by automating most of the modules and emails.
- For Tablet application, we have reduced the online/offline synchronization time below 10 seconds by implementing the Flutter app.
- We have automated their warehouse team inspection process so that we can reduce the manual communication between their office and warehouse team.
- We make their photo upload and synchronization process with the admin and user panel easier.
